XPay Life facilitates bill payment for the categories of Electricity, Water, Gas(Piped and LPG), Telecom(Landline, Mobile and Broadband), DTH, Insurance, Loan repayment through EMI,FASTag, School Fees, Mobile Prepaid, Cable TV. In short, it facilitates all recurring payment categories. Our USP is Utility Bill Payment through ATP Kiosk where we accept cash payment along with credit/debit cards. The online digital payment channels include payment through UPI, Debit and Credit Card, Net Banking, Mobile banking.

LOGIN - QUESTIONS

• What are the different types of login methods in XPay Life? / How can I login into XPay Life?
  You can log in through Gmail, Facebook, Email Id, and Phone Number.
• How do I get OTP on my phone? / Can I get my OTP in email?
  OTP is sent on registered phone number and Email Id. If you are not getting otp please click resend OTP button.
• What should I do if I forget my password? / What should I do if I forget my Username?
  Please click on ‘forget password’ and a link will be sent on your registered email id. You can reset it by clicking on the link. Also, you can log in using your phone number.
• How do I Update my Email Address?
  If you have verified the email, you can’t change it.

  XPay Life account makes payments amazingly easy. Just follow the steps given below.

  • - Use your XPay Life Points and/or saved cards, new cards, net banking to make the payment.
• What are the modes of Online Payment?

• What credit and debit cards can be accepted?

• How can I place a request to refund?

• Are there purchase any limits for recharges?
  Yes, you can pay your all postpaid bill in XPay Life and you don't have any purchase limit for recharges.

• Whom can I refer?
  You can refer your friends and relatives and whoever contact with you
• What is the criteria for an eligible referral?
  Yes. you can refer if you're having the referral code.
• Where can I find my referral link?
  Yes. you can find referral link in the Xpay mobile app Refer and earn page.
• How much can I earn?
  No Limit has been specified yet.
• Is there a way for me to track the status of my referrals?
  Yes.you can track the status of your referrals. When the user referred by you Made the First transaction at that time xpay points added to your wallet.
• My referral forgot to use my referral link. Is there a way to track it back to my account?
  No. Sorry you have to install once again with different Mobile number
• Can I refer customers in any country?
  No .Sorry you can only refer within India

• What will be transaction charges for each payment?
  UPI, Rupay and Wallet no charges however credit/debit and netbanking charges will be applied as per market standard.
• What will be the offers available?
  There are many offers available for different verticals (I, e postpaid bill, water bill, electricity bill, etc.) and also good cashback are available with this app, Refer and Earn offer is also available.
• Whether we need to add money to the XPay Life wallet like that to do the payment?
  No, Adding money, transfer to bank facility is not available in XPay Life CUG Wallet.
• Where we can find XPay Life?
